Shad Davis is a seasoned chef by trade and a highly experienced restaurant consultant. He has the talented ability to foresee the future dining trends in a constantly evolving metropolitan city such as Los Angeles. 


Traci Davis is a long-time lover of food and restaurants. With 20 years of corporate experience and 39 years of palette experience, she saw a void in the market and decided to build her concept around her favorite pastime and her favorite food. 


An elevated fast-casual eatery bringing Vietnamese food to the American mainstream. All of our food is made fresh daily using the highest quality of ingredients and organic when available. We strive to maintain a minimal carbon footprint by recycling, composting and utilizing recycled materials.

What does Mỹ Lai mean?

Vietnamese mixed American...an Amerasian child will be referred to as Mỹ Lại. In essence, this is my husband and I’s first baby. We are an Amerasian interracial couple who is bringing our own flare to traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
